Three year-old Green Way Supply, Inc. the earth friendly building products company located at 620 N Delaware St. Indianapolis, IN run by Terry Black has formed a new company: GREEN WAY HOMES, LLC. Terry announced the expansion of their core business to include the construction of green, LEED Certified entry level and market level homes for inner city redevelopment. 

Green Way Homes will use the latest technologies, the most earth friendly products and materials and the most innovative designs. They believe that the best way to revitalize the urban landscape is through sustainable practices, recycled and reused materials, lower waste and energy use, healthier materials and more gracious and functional spaces.

Green Way Homes has partnered with Tim Gray of Gray Architecture in Indianapolis and All American Homes of Decatur to develop the first two prototypes, the ECO MOD Light and the Shift.

The company will build its first LEED Certified green home for the South East Side Development Corporation, SEND. The ECO MOD Lite was designed by Architect Tim Gray of Gray Architecture in Indianapolis. It will be assembled by All American Homes into large modular pieces and brought to the site and lifted on to the foundation using a crane. The interior and exterior details and hookups will be finished by local electricians, plumbers, finish carpenters, painters and HVAC contractors.  Terry said that they were excited about the opportunity to work with the Fountain Square redevelopment group.

Green Way’s mission is to make Earth Friendly & Energy Smart homes available for everyone.
